Commissioner Tony reports that he received payment from one of the two deadbeats in his League. The announcement moves the fourth QFL one step closer to solvency and being able to payoff creditors, including the ’09 SuperQuince.
Tony promised to disclose the identity of the last holdout “this evening” with out elaborating why it would take that long.
