Some random observations around Thrice:
– After starting the season 0-2, Chase cuts loose the pricey contracts of AP ($35 Q3) and Andre Johnson ($18 Q1). Time to panic? The team now has a whopping $58 of salary cap to spend in free agency.
– This is the second time this year Chase has cut Johnson…..first before week 1, only to pick him back up for $4 less in free agency.
– Putting predecessor owner Dan Michaels to shame……Jenn opens the season undefeated at 2-0. I can’t remember the last time team Ron Mexiq had a 2 week winning streak.
– Reigning Super Quince Champ Vote Quimby is right there with her, also 2-0 in the Westen division.
