Here is what to watch for at the 2013 NFL Rookie Draft.

#1 – RB1 – The first overall pick in every rookie-only dynasty league draft is whoever the Broncos take at RB late in the second round. Le’Veon Bell (MSU), Eddie Lacy (ALA), Giovani Bernard (UNC) would be ideal.

#2 – RB2 – Whichever one of those RBs that wasn’t taken with the first pick that goes to the Lions. Giovani Bernard to the Lions in the early third round isn’t a stretch and would be big!

#3 – Cordarrelle Patterson WR (TEN) – Patterson going to Miami with the #12 pick could be huge in fantasy. Ran 4.42 40 at combine, 6th among WRs.

#4 – Keenan Allen WR (CAL) – A WR to the Rams at #16 or #22 overall in the first round would be nice paired with Sam Bradford.

#5 – DeAndre Hopkins WR (CLEM) – Time for the Texans to start grooming an heir to Andre Johnson with the 27th pick?

#6 – Tavon Austin WR (WVU) – There are four receivers that could be considered at least as high as #3 overall in fantasy rookie drafts depending on where they land in the NFL on Thursday. Tavon ran a 4.34 40, second fastest among all players at the combine.

#7 – Justin Hunter WR (TEN) – The 9th fastest WR at combine with 4.44 40. Has ideal NFL size at 6-4 205. Top performer among WRs in vertical jump and set a combine record in the broad jump.

#8 – Mark Wheaton WR (ORST) – The 10th fastest WR at 40 yard dash with 4.45.

#9 – Geno Smith QB (WVU) – For two years I haven’t believed in rookie QBs contributing much in their first years and I’ve gotten burned on Cam Newton and Andrew Luck. I’m sticking to my guns. Geno is a long term prospect at best.

#10 – Stepfan Taylor RB (STAN) – I’m reaching for a last RB to watch for here, there are a couple QBs (Ryan Nassib, EJ Manuel, Mike Glennon) and WRs (Robert Woods, Terrence Williams and Quinton Batton) that are more deserving.
