There was a rule change a couple years ago to appease some Thrice troublemakers that keeps waivers and free agency open until week 16. In a previous post I think I mentioned how free agency is ending along with trading but that is not true. Waivers and free agency are open all season now. After week 12, there is a transaction fee increase, however, no one remembers how much. See if you can find it in the Constitution. I think it’s $2 per transaction (doubles). EOM
