At least four teams in QFL Nation are in violation of the new active roster rules that went into effect last night, three in QFL1 alone. Massive fines are coming. In QFL1, two teams missed the cut deadline (QU and QBC) and one is still over the cap (QUnet). In QFL2 one team missed the cut deadline (Quohogs). QFL3 appears to be the only League with their shit together. QFL Europe designations after the jump.

Okie dokie, what a clusterf!! I might be more excited about all the
fines I have to dole out today if my squad was able to score more than
60 points and win a skin. Both QBC and QU are fined the standard fine
for missing the cut deadline. If they (or teams that did not send
designations to commissionerq, e.g. QUNet, Qtang, FAHQ) want to
retroactively designate someone for QFLE, they can let me know by the
end of the day today on the condition that they accept a standard fine
(an additional fine for those teams that missed the deadline).This is the initial QFLE list based on what was sent to the Comm Q email:
