QFL Week 6 Movers & Shakers
Rank | Team | W | L | Div | FPtsF | FPtsA | Streak | Comments |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| QUINCE UNITED | 5 | 1 | 3-0 | 452.63 | 375.05 | 1 (L) | Is this when the annual collapse starts? At least Hans is now regularly starting the 7th highest scoring player instead of leaving him on the bench behind Romo. Second most points scored. |
| QUINTORRIS JONES | 5 | 1 | 1-1 | 418.62 | 376.17 | 5 (W) | The real story of the QFL is Shades’ impossible 5 game winning streak after personally seeing to it that Ray Rice, Ingram, Toby Gerhart, Jamaal Charles (at one point) and Doug Martin never play football again. Not to mention both him and Hans have never won the Quince Bowl before. Faces TenQ week 7. |
| A TRIBE CALLED QUINCE | 3 | 3 | 3-0 | 422.3 | 424.07 | 1 (W) | Winning your division is all that matters in the QFL. Ted is proving that QFL North produces the toughest teams. After re-alignment Ted is now dominating the West division. No other West division team has more than one in-division win. It would be comical if wasn’t so sad. |
| TENACIOUS Q | 4 | 2 | 2-0 | 430.89 | 369.13 | 1 (W) | If TenQ hadn’t benched DeMarco Murray for Michael Floyd the team would have won the week 6 skin. Talk about over thinking your lineup. Unrelated to not winning the skin, TenQ has logged a scoring complaint and demanded a review of the Andrew Luck fumble that JJ Watt returned for a TD. You can see the fumble here at the 1:18 mark. Luck doesn’t ever possess the ball. How can that be considered a fumble? |
| THE INQUINCIBLES | 3 | 3 | 1-2 | 457.2 | 455.13 | 1 (W) | Most points scored but second most points scored against kinda explains the 3-3 start. Team won at least one skin week 6. |
| QUINCING BY COMMITTEE | 3 | 3 | 1-1 | 359.53 | 395.63 | 1 (L) | You are forgiven if you thought trading Andrew Luck was a big mistake for QBC. Take a look again at QB scoring. QBC traded two second rounders to Rishi for the #2 overall scoring player back in June. |
| QTANG CLAN | 3 | 3 | 1-2 | 432.43 | 385.85 | 2 (L) | Think Ben will drop AP ($24 F1) at any point this season? |
| ORIGINAL QUINCELER | 3 | 3 | 1-2 | 394.57 | 342.87 | 3 (W) | Left for dead only three weeks ago. What wonders playing FRNQ, SOQ and Qbola can do for your record. |
| QBOLA VIRUS | 2 | 4 | 1-2 | 352.42 | 412.22 | 3 (L) | I have never seen all three defenses on a roster score negative points in one week before. Explains the second least points scored. |
| STORMTROOPERS OF QUINCE | 2 | 4 | 0-2 | 392.35 | 459.53 | 1 (W) | Its entertaining to watch Scott claw for every point (and he needs to with the most points scored against so far). It was really a savvy move before week 6 games to acquire Tim Wright and Ronnie Hillman and their 16 combined points. SOQ won by less than 6 points. Expect the team to be active in free agency all year. |
| FAHQ | 2 | 4 | 1-2 | 381.94 | 419.84 | 1 (L) | Could be a brutal stretch without Megatron and no depth behind him. |
| FREDNEQ | 1 | 5 | 1-2 | 349.64 | 429.03 | 1 (L) | Fewest points scored in the League to date. At least he got RG3 back for $10 cheaper and a new contract a couple weeks ago. That should keep homer happy for a few more games. |
