1. The auction took approximately 2.5 hours and started more or less on time. It was amazing.
2. No restrictions on rookies and the lack of any tagged players allowed the auction to proceed smoothly.
3. We kept breaks down to a minimum and probably suspended the auction no more than 5 times
4. No team went over their budget (ok, maybe scott did once, but it was caught immediately)
5. We should do away with the conference call format forever.
6. Even though we followed a nomination order and the system could be prompted to signal when it was your turn to throw out a player, Seth D required prompting every time
7. It looks like no team took more than 18 or 19 players
8. Nik and Scott ran the auction fairly well and should get the credit
9. We’re in position to start free agency immediately – let’s see if the commish pulls the trigger
10. Scott is prepared to cut his two best players at some point over the next week
