Commissioner “Racist” Rishi finally got around to releasing the 2013 QFL Commissioner Report today and if you were a “lucky” weekly skins winner you are bitterly disappointed by the results.
The QFL weekly skin payout is the lowest in 7 years (as far back as I felt like researching) down over 18% from last year and down 23% from the peak in 2011. The average weekly skin over the analysis period was $71.60. The payout in 2013: $62.41!
Directly correlated to the skins payout is the total League fees and fines. Naturally the total fees and fines levied by Rishi is also the lowest over the analysis period. Digging deeper…, the total number of teams fined under Rishi’s watch is the lowest of any Commissioner. Even lenient Shane fined more teams than Rishi leading one to wonder if some fees and fines have gone unrecorded in this preliminary version.
Year | Skin Amount | Total Fees & Fines | # of Teams Fined | Acting Commissioner |

2013 | $62.41 | $286 | 3 | Rishi |
2012 | $76.27 | $579 | 6 | Shane |
