General Radeck, the Commissioner of QFL3, has been busy whipping his league into shape today. Not only is he well on his way to scheduling his League’s Fourth Annual Auction and Rookie Draft (which will be held online again – probably August 22nd), but he also found a promising new owner to take over BriaBla. He is an attorney, of course – who else would actually ready 100 pages of rules -who is friends with Chase, Doug and Rishi (nobody’s perfect). The prospect has been made aware of the rule summary and been advised to get moving on trade talks.
Meanwhile, discussions around increasing dues to $150 continue. As does the idea of making an exception to pick up kickers after the free agency deadline. This despite the fact the NFL adheres to a similar rule and the likelihood of two kickers going down during this period again is extremely small. Yet the idea is being pushed by a prominent partner at _irkland & _llis, so people are listening. Perhaps the best solution would be to carry three kickers.
