These are the best fantasy football rookie prospects no matter what happens at the 2010 NFL Draft. QBallers will release a 2010 top-30 fantasy football rookie ranking soon and you can count on these guys being at the top. Overall the RB class is strong, the WRs are average and the QB and TE classes are weak.
#1 C.J. Spiller - Clemson - RB – 5-11, 195: FAST! After rushing 20 times for 233 yards and 4 TDs in the ACC Championship game, how can we not have Spiller ranked #1? He is the same size and speed as the Titan’s Chris Johnson. Just sayin’. Here are highlights of the game (video) and career (video).  He was sixth in Heisman voting.
#2 *Jonathan Dwyer – Georgis Tech – RB – 6-1, 235: Tough, inside runner. Coincidentally, Dwyer played on the other side of Spiller in the ACC Championship game. He “only” scored 2 TDs with 110 yards rushing, but he did get the game winner. Here’s a Dwyer for Heisman video.
#3 *Jahvid Best – California – RB – 5-10, 195: His long recovery from a severe concussion is starting to be a concern, but he could just be playing it safe with an eye towards the NFL where concussions have become a focal point. Would move into #1 overall with clean bill of health. May not play in bowl game says San Francisco Chronicle. His most popular YouTube video.
#4 *Dez Bryant – Oklahoma St – WR - He has everything you want; size, speed, hands. Even though he only played three games in 2009 due to NCAA suspension, he is a beast. He will be a top NFL and fantasy rookie pick. Here is a recent interview with Bryant and good highlight video.
