The 2009 NFL rookie draft class could be as unusually stocked with fantasy prospects as the 2008 class was, depending on a few juniors and a pair of sophomores that have been out of high school long enough to be eligible.

It’s safe to assume juniors Chris Wells and CJ Spiller will come out early, but if sophomores Knowshon Moreno and LeSean McCoy enter the draft, we could be looking at another very good year for fantasy rookies.

A lot always depends on which NFL team a player gets drafted by, but the rookies featured in this post are, talent-wise, standing out from the pack and clearly project to be among the top of their fantasy football class.
