COMCOMM To Hold Conference Call On Rule Changes Before Thursday

With the rule change deadline looming and progress shockingly slow, COMCOMM is finally being pushed by influential outsiders into action. A conference call is being scheduled for tomorrow or Wednesday afternoon. An early agenda was leaked to QSN this afternoon.
