Okay, maybe we’ll continue to do a “Quince of the Week” on new QSN contrary to what I said in this post. This story out of Hicksville Brooksville, Florida is too good to pass up. According to the St Petersburg Times, some one named Rhonda Quince got busted for growing pot in her backyard.
