The QFL colonies that didn’t collapse this off-season are holding a round of off-season free agency on Tuesday. No one is sure why it’s not scheduled for Wednesday as is normal during the regular season.
The original QFL will not hold a round of free agency this week.
QFL2 free agent bids are to be directed to quince01 at yahoo.com by 8pm Tuesday.
QFL3 free agent bids are to be directed to Radeck by midnight on Tuesday.
There are no tree bids allowed in the off-season and tie bids will be broken by each Commissioner’s pre-chosen resolution method.
In related news, QFL2 decided not to use LeagueSafe this year, but left open the possibility for future years.

Not every team responded, but of those that did there was a clear majority. No one feels compelled to change our payment system. So that question will be tabled for another year.
